Codex Hermogenianus — Aurelius Hermogenianus (Rome)

Aurelius Hermogenianus, Diocletian's magister libellorum between 293 and 294, compiles as an annex to the Gregorian Code the most recent imperial rescripts of the Tetrarchy, mainly those he drafted himself. A single book organized by subject, it does not survive complete and is reconstructed through later citations.
